Nice kuay chap and braised duck! Price itself is also not too expensive which was great!

My husband's favourite braised duck rice in recent months. Absolutely tasty and so reasonably priced as well.

Newly opened stall. I ordered the signature duck rice and kway chap. First on the chilli. There are 2 types of chilli, 1 is the watery kind, which suits the kway chap. The other is the dry kind (with chilli oil), which suits the duck rice. Duck rice is with yam rice. The meat is plenty and it is deboned. The signature duck rice has tofu, half an egg and peanuts additional, compared to the normal duck rice only ($3.8). Kway chap ingredients are fresh and good. Soup is hot. But the kway seems to have been soaked for too long and got soft. Might be better if it's less soft. Overall, love the duck rice here, especially the 2 types of chilli. Would definitely make this place one of my regulars.

Paid $9 for 2 persons kway chap and $4.50 for a packet signature duck rice. The pig intestines were flavourful and chewy. There was no unclean smell. The kway chap gravy was tasty. The kway was smooth but they tend to stick together and became thick. The duck meat was tender and flavourful too. However, the seller refused to change from the tau kua to half an egg, only more peanuts were given. Service was efficient.
