★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REMOTE PLACE NEXT TO CHANGI NEW WATER PLANT. ITS A NO. MANS LAND NO CANTEEN FACILITIES AND TOILET FOR PUBLIC AS WELL. THECANTEEN OPERATOR WILL ALWAYS SAY NO FOOD AND NO DRINKS AS HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN SERVING OUTSIDE PEOPLE AND THEY ONLY BOTHER ABOUT THEIR OWN MANAGEMENT STAFF ONLY. WORST PLACE TO .VISIT AND WORK WITH.
