β β β β β My child has been with Teacher Selina since nursery and Kumon has certainly helped him to grasp the math concepts well. He's in Primary 4 now and is able to focus on solving problem sums without struggling with calculations.
It also sets a routine of doing work since young so there is no need to "force" him to sit down and complete his homework and revision at home. It has become a norm for him and it makes life easier for us.
Teacher Selina is strict but very patient and approachable. My son is committed to finish his worksheets so that he would not disappoint Teacher Selina, out of respect and not fear. It comes to show the kind of relationship that they have built over the years.
Workload can also be adjusted according to our needs which is important for us, especially during hectic period, so as not to overwork and stress the child. We are grateful for the support and guidance given to us throughout the years.
