Jack was / is an amazing Math tutor — he always made seemingly complex and daunting Math questions simple by bringing our attention back to the basics & was very effective in teaching us the foundations in H2 Math that would help us tackle any question. Jack was also very patient in clarifying any doubts we had, and his passion for the subject & knowledge acquisition was very inspiring! Thanks to Jack’s / Achevas’ topical summary sheets & video explanations which were clear & concise, I never had to watch my school’s videos, and this saved me a lot of time. Am glad to have been a student of Jack’s / Achevas :)

Achevas is hands down the best jc math tuition center I’ve ever come across! Jack (the tutor) is very conscientious and is able to compress as well as simplify just about every single topic in the h2 math syllabus. he constantly keeps track of our math results in school and is more than happy to go through any worksheets/ answer any queries we have! Jack also tries his best to be engaging/interactive as well as injects humour into lessons to capture the attention of students and help students to memorise certain concepts/ steps more easily. Besides that, Jack also personally crafts notes that are simplified to ensure each and every student is able to comprehend and apply the different concepts. he also includes examples as well as explanations where necessary to ensure that the notes provided by Achevas is not only concise and easy to understand, but also not lacking in any crucial information in the syllabus. In fact, Achevas also has explanation videos for students to refer to at home (to cater to the auditory learners out there) as well as practice worksheets to ensure students have more than sufficient material to prepare for a levels:-) Overall, Achevas has truly been an enormous help to my h2 math grades, boosting my grades by about 5 grades since i first joined! Truly the gem of all tuition centers, highly recommended for sure!

This is the best maths tuition I've ever been to. Jack is an extremely qualified maths tutor who engages in a interesting teaching style to impart his knowledge. Be it giving us really helpful exam tips to answering queries at 2am, Achevas really is the key to great exam performance. Additionally, it's not uncommon for Jack to put himself in the shoes of his students in order to teach concepts in the perspective of a student that becomes easily understandable. Highly recommend If you're interested in learning maths in an interesting and engaging manner. Thanks for all the help Jack. :)

Consistently scoring an S or E from the start of J2 and realised that i needed to cover some gaps and misconceptions. Then, i saw a tiktok video where Mr Ng was explaining a question with great detail and decided i could give his class a shot. Though i joined late into j2 with about 6 months left before the start of A levels, i have learnt a lot from Mr Ng and he has never failed to clear my doubts. His learning materials on achevas made learning math much easier as well as the summary notes for quick revision. Eventually, i managed to clutch an A in the A levels. If you feel that you need someone to clear your doubts, definitely give Achevas a shot.

Jack is super patient and explains concepts rly well, and he offers a different perspective on math that schools don't offer, so I was able to grasp foreign concepts that I cldnt understand for 1.5 yrs of jc in a short amount of time. I joined late into j2, and he helped me improve my math from a U in prelims to an A for A lvls, so even if you feel its too late and need some emergency help for math (but of course starting earlier is better), wld definitely recommend this :")

Jack was clear and concise with his explanations, breaking down major concepts into smaller chunks, making such concepts easier to understand. Whenever I had questions, Jack would ensure that all my doubts were clarified. Jack often stays back after class to answer any questions that was posed to him. With extensive and extremely detailed resources provided by Jack, such as AchevasTV, it has helped me significantly for my revision.

Mr Jack is an incredibly dedicated tutor who never fails to deliver during his lessons. Ever since I joined Achevas in Y6, my confidence in doing well for math skyrocketed, along with the grades ;) Since then, I’ve scored 80s to 90s consistently, which I never expected to be possible even in JC! Mr Jack is a super devoted and an amazing teacher! Every lesson in Achevas was enriching with something new to learn. Mr Jack would tell us stories that explained his systematic approach to problem solving and tackling the exam paper. This made it really easy to retain information along side making class really entertaining! Mr Jack was extremely patient and always went the extra mile especially nearer to the exam period to guide me through harder questions.
