★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the service of the business owner, Mr Chia (Ah Yeh).
1. Overcharged my parents at $300 per foot run (PFR).
2. Workmanship is really not up to standard. Had to get him to redo certain parts of our kitchen cabinet and touch up quite a few really rough edges that caused cuts.
3. Arrogant and rude fellow who doesn’t let my parents have any say, always cutting them off when they speak.
4. Refused to give a detailed invoice when I requested for it. Only a lump sum figure.
5. Charged my parents extra cost for Blum soft close hinges that doesn’t even close softly.
