★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always noticed this kway chap stall with very eye catching signboard every time I come here for lunch. Wanted to try something else however it wasn't operating when I came down today for lunch. Most of the popular stall were having long queues, therefore to give this stall a try. There was already a short queue when i reached but it moves pretty fast.
Selected the fishcake, braised egg and tau pok as i am not a big fans of offal. Paid SGD$3 for my meal along side a bowl of kway. Personally find the braising gravy quite flavorful. Both the taupok and egg were nicely braised. Kway unfortunately wasn't well cooked, as the kway were clumping to each other.
Overall, an okay kway chap, limited choice for me for as i dont eat the offal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally found this to be pretty good. The main highlight was that the meat was tender and there was a pretty wide selection. Braised sauce is on the light side but is overpowered by the five spices. Also notable is that it is not overly salty.
