★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience. Sylvie created the perfect diamond engagement ring for my proposal which my fiancée was over the moon about. In fact it was such a good experience, that we went back to Sylvie to ask her to create a bespoke blue sapphire ring for us. The result was stunning, and we are just so happy with both rings, they are so special and beautiful. Sylvie is truly knowledgeable and is so friendly and polite, as are her family who I also met in the store. I felt in safe hands the entire process, and I will actually miss my visits to their premises! Thank you so much Sylvie and family - you are the best!

There was never a point that I felt pressured to buy from them. Kudos to Sylvie especially. She is always so willing to share and patiently answering queries that I had. Most of all, the final product is L'Excellence! My fiance loved it!
