β β β β β Resident is good, the security staff sucks!very rude, the way he talk is like he is a kind of people that look down or foreigner!have seen few security there but he is the only security that very arrogant and rude there!!should be the senior security since alr seen him few years back!!

β β β β β Good facilities such as a tennis court for just 147 units. A welcoming entrance with plentiful basement parking lots. Unblocked landed views towards Evelyn Rd. However, plenty of competition in the Newton area for those hoping for more upside.

β β β β β Thoroughly enjoyed my viewing done today. The facilities, the view from the home units, the luxurious feel, the convenience, the location, the everything, was just impressive. Also the people staying here are not some random Toms, and I actually appreciate that. The carpark facilities are extremely solid, and there's always an abundance of parking lots.
