Workmanship in the house itself needs major improvement. To be fair I dunno if they are built by the developer~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The compound itself is lovely and conveniently located. The maintenance though is terrible and causes a lot of inconvenience within the facilities. Lifts break permanently down, huge amount of mosquitoes call the pool area their home, access doors to lift lobbies are faulty and open most of the time.
This throws a big shadow onto the compound itself as it is literally very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely condo. Had a few families and couples around the pool at about 17:30. The club house was booked for a party which seemed to be well attended. Note that an apartment block next door is enBlock, let's see how that effects the atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A premium development that stands out above the rest. Lovely facilities that are very well kept and constantly maintained.
Although there are 200+ units in the development you do not feel the density at all! Tennis courts are reasonably accessible, swimming pool not too crowded or busy on weekends.
Shower facilities are incredibly clean (ive got some horror stories to share about other condos) and even the steam room is clean and actually works!
Winning features include the function room (best i have ever seen!) and large and well maintained gardens.
2 bedroom apartments are HUGE, and well laid out. Balconies are super welcome and great for hosting.
Love this place!
