Signed a package and lashes lasted for more than 3 weeks for me. Each session is around 40-45 minutes which is every quick!

Overall great experience! Giean is really patient and meticulous, the lashes are soft and glue seems more durable than in other places!

Giean was very professional and gentle with her service. Am glad to have found this place to do eyelash extension on a regular basis. Environment was clean and calming.

The only place I would trust to do my eyelashes! Have been to so many establishments and can safely say that Ivy of la belle provides the cleanest, fastest and most natural lashes!

This place engages in unethical and unfair practices! I would not recommend this place to my friends and family! I signed up for an eyelash extension package and suffered an episode where my eyes were BURNING from the touch up extensions! I could not open my eyes and suspected that it may have been the glue / the equipment they used? Anyway, I was in so much pain, and my eyes were tearing like crazy, and I asked to remove the extensions - they did so, and subsequently they only offered me a wet cotton thereafter to press on my eye. No support, compensation or refund was offered to me in the next few weeks even though my lids were visibly swollen. I also could not wear any eye makeup for a period of time! I requested for a refund and they penalized me further by charging me the original ala carte price instead of the pro rated sessions on the basis that I did "not complete 10 sessions of the package". I find this alarming because there is NO WAY I could have done eyelashes there as my eyes are allergic to their glue / equipment? They even want to charge me additional ad hoc fees for not completing the package! All in all, a really traumatizing experience and would not return!

Have been doing my eyelash extensions with them for the past 2 years. I always get compliments for my lash extensions and ivy makes the whole experience very comfortable! P.S. but beware of their hardselling tactics in getting you to sign their package
