This is my first time getting my brows and eyeliner embroidery and I have to say all my worries were unfounded thanks to Bernice’s skills! Left the salon with natural looking brows and eyeliner that makes me look more refreshed.

Bernice is professional, warm and sincere. I appreciate that she tailor made the colour and shape of the brows to my preference and making sure that I look the best all the time! Definitely worth the wait! (I know that she tries her best to accommodate as many of us as possible) Love the service!!

Bernice is really warm and professional! Despite being the eyebrow artist of choice for many celebrities (check out her IG!), she has no airs and remains super humble and personable! She will craft perfect eyebrows for you with utmost care and I felt really taken care of. Her fully packed schedule is testament to her skills! You wont want to go anywhere else though because it is definitely worth the wait.

The salon is cozy and inviting, and Bernice is warm, friendly, professional, and takes the time to understand what you like or don’t like. I think the most important thing about such beauty services is the sense of aesthetics and that it should align with yours. I’ve always had people asking where I got my brows done and that is a compliment to her brow craft and skills! With regard to response time and appointment availability - I do know that Bernice is by herself most of the time, so she can only respond inbetween appointments and as someone in the beauty line, I can understand that she can get too busy. That does not affect the quality of service you get in person. Her being fully booked IS a testament itself to how good she is. Bernice’s brow craft has no downtime (I could go for an event on the same day!), but one should expect to come back a little sooner for a touch up and please make an appointment for that before you leave. Overall a 10/10 experience and no hard selling. Andddd the ladies in my family comes here too!

Bernice is a genuine artist who studies your face and designs the brows to respect the uniqueness in every individual. Hers isn’t the usual microblading but a less harsh “soft tip” technology. I waited many months for my first appointment with her but it was worth it. Even before I made my booking, I did loads of research before choosing to do my eyebrows with her. She started off with a good chat about what I was after before shaping my brows with a pencil to ensure I was pleased with the shape and thickness. Numbing cream was then applied on the area. After some time, she got to work using her Germany-made equipment. Can you believe there wasn’t a single drop of blood during the entire procedure? Yes, her tool doesn’t cut the skin as deep as a blade. I was and still am super happy with the results! My brows turned out EXACTLY the way I had hoped. Highly recommended!
