Worst company and sales ever. Promised to deliver chairs by 29 April but on 29 April, didnt even bother to call that shipment was delayed. Staff said will be delayed for further 2 weeks however, just received call from the boss saying that she cant do the chairs due to no stock. Ridiculous excuses and not even a single apology. Moreover, chairs paid in full. The boss even rejected my phonecall

We ordered a sofa in-store on 30 Apr. The salesman (Mr Ng) said it will be delivered on 27 May. However, no calls were made from them about the delivery time before and on the day itself, despite that they said they would call. In the end, they offered the earliest date near end June. But by then, I have already moved into my BTO flat. Bad service. We even paid the full payment already. The staff do not have a sense of responsibility for customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They were having a road show at ang mo kio hub and parents went to buy a sofa and bedfame. The bedfame came late and the sofa came even later. Was promised to deliver within 2 weeks from purchasing date, but kept dragging without giving any notice. For almost 4 times that they delayed and I had enough for waiting at home and they never even have the courtesy of giving you a call. The sofa finally came, wrong material sent to us!!!! 1 of the delay reason was because we chose a different material, but now they sent the original material which came with it. Buy at your own risk, I rather pay twice the price and not deal with them. Very unethical and unprofessional, not sure why they are still around after all the negative ratings.

Brought a coffee table. The sale girl are nice, patient and friendly. Office will call 1 day before delivery to confirm the delivery time. Item was delivered on time. Item is having good condition and good quality. Overall good experience.

WORST SHOP EVER!!!!! Bought a coffee table and a sofa from this shop in Jan 2022 and now is July 2022 already still haven’t delivered. First the warehouse lady Michelle gave an excuse due to covid product cant ship to spore now she is just ignoring us totally when we ask for refund because it has delay more than 6 months already. Seriously buy at your own risk. 4k just blew out the window like that due to this useless shop!!! The salesman ng said can deliver within 1 month thats why we bought from the furniture mall from them. We had to go down to the shop and call police to get our money back! Legit the worst experience ever!

I ordered a dining table on 1/1/22. The salesman said that delivery be on 12/1 and logistics will call the day before on the delivery time. When I didn’t receive any call by 3pm the day before, I called up. The lady named Margaret informed me that my order’s delivery will only be possible earliest 25/1. I was so shocked to hear that and wondered why the salesman Arron promised me the date of delivery, & didn’t bother to inform me of the delay. Anyway, Margaret did a good job in service recovery. She recommended another dining table to me and promised that delivery would be made on 20/1. All settled via text with no extra costs. In fact my friend asked me to look for the Sales staff Margaret at la Cafa. I did but Arron kind of brush off casually and didn’t say whether Margaret was in or not. And I didn’t see any lady staff when I was there, so I thought any staff be the same. When I reached home and googled on the shop name, I got worried coz of the negative review on the co. Fortunately Margaret was the one who attended to my call and resolved my issue well.

Bought several furniture from La cafe furniture and worried about the reviews online, so I did call them to check the orders almost every month and every week in the last month of the delivery, in the end, all furniture came on the same day as the delivery date, not as bad as the reviews and Mr Ng and Mrs Michelle services are good. Keep in mind that you need to monitor the situation of your order frequently if you want them come on time when buying furniture from La cafe.

Worst Nightmare We ordered pull out bed from La Cafa Furniture, the item delivered with damages like big scratches. The delivery guy made touch up to the scratch and made it worse. I feedback to the Sales guy and he arranged to fix a new plank. Next time the carpenter came to change he broke the inside wood piece (damages can happen) but it starts to drop dusts on the floor but the carpenter keep saying its okay. I again called to say that i cant accept this way. They came final trip to fix the bed but when they fix with screws they crack another piece and that is where i finally gave up and accepted. I would not directly blame the furniture company but their vendor from Malaysia is lousy. The quality of plywood is very bad, the service also very bad. I regret buying from them for 1000 over dollars. I am not sure how long is this going to last. Please never ever buy here for carpentry items, unless they change their carpentry vendor.
