Great experience from purchase to assembly! Ps. LONG COMPLIMENTS BELOW. Yoki was the salesman who served us at the furniture mall - we only purchased on our 2nd trip there & aft comparing with the other stores in the mall (price, size & material wise) He was very patient on both our trips, and provided excellent customer service! Well, it isn't unusual for a salesman to be smooth but the delivery & assembly service we received today was AMAZING. Furniture buyers know the delivery date and time are often provided but not well kept to. In this instance; Yoki personally called yesterday to give a more accurate 2h delivery time frame. 2 local delivery uncles called before arriving today and was slightly earlier than provided time, one uncle took great care bringing in the items while the other did assembly in the room. Everything was completed swiftly and efficiently for a 8ft x 6ft (in 20min!) & He even demo on how the sliding doors may not closed properly after a period and how we can easily rectify it ourselves. All in all, we are really happy with the wardrobe it is exactly what we have expected and carry no odour - clothes already hung inside. Downside would be the limited designs they carry as compared to the other stores but size/ price / material / service are awesome! Durability wise - no comments since we just got it, but everything up till now is more than satisfactory :)

Excellent Customer Service by Ms.Susan. I bought a round Marble dining table set from The Green Furnishing in 2012 and it is still in excellent condition. I wanted to buy additional chair for my marble table and Ms.Susan is extremely helpful. Thanks

Micheal was our salesman who made us very feel comfortable. We bought an L shaped leather sofa. Excellent customer service and reasonable price. Designs are unique as well.
