Selina did an awesome job with my brows. She was very meticulous and kept amending my brows to balance them out as mine were naturally uneven. She would check in constantly for pain while blading and reapply numbing cream to ensure I was okay. Overall, I am impressed with her skills and service. Would highly recommend! Just like any other beauty shop, they do recommend upgrades and packages. So stay strong y'all.

Did the BMS therapy facial treatment with my beautician, May. She is friendly and professional with 10 years of experience in the industry. Very skilled with handling my skin and addressing my skin concerns. My skin glowed and never felt healthier!

Lash lift gone horribly wrong (see pics). If only I could give zero star. Please STRONGLY RECONSIDER before heading to this branch for lash lift. Lashes are completely fried and eyelid burned by chemical solution in the process. I went to La Vida (Lot One) on 15th Jan 2022 to try out its Lash Lift promotion (28USD). The lashes turn out so badly I rather not have any lashes at all right now. Attached pictures say it all. Lashes are almost 90% frizzled, crumply and kinky. Any C-curls that I had expected turned into V-curls and S-curls. I felt so frustrated and helpless when I saw the result. To make matters worse, my right eyelid (near corner of eye) is now inflamed and swollen because the beautician who did the lash lift had over-applied the solution which not only caused my lashes at that region (see pic) to be over-processed and become extremely curly, the solution had burned my eyelid such that that it has been stinging ever since the procedure. The entire lash lift procedure was very painful and uncomfortable as well. The beautician kept tugging very roughly at my eyelashes and I had to stop her multiple times because the pain was so unbearable (like my lashes were being plucked). Moreover, at the end, there was so much glue left on my eyelids the beautician had a hard time removing it and had to tug at my eyelids to rub the glue off. I really do not understand why someone so inexperienced/negligent with lash lift is allowed to service a customer. Manager offered to come back another time in a month's time to fix the lashes. At this point, I won't ever want to go back to the store. Completely traumatized. Had done regular lash lifts at other places and never have I ever experience something like this. Should have knew something was not right when it became my eyelids started to sting during a supposedly pain-free process.

I went for the Promotion Barbie Lash Lift for $28. Amazing service from Annie, everyone was complimenting me genuinely, loving the vibe here. They’re having an ongoing promo of $78 for 2 sessions of lash lift can be used anytime. ??

Excellent service from Jean and Selina. Had my eyebrow embroidery done. Very happy with the results. Will recommend my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks for the great hospitality. They really take care of me.

i bought the lash lift package from fave. for someone who does lash lifts all the time, i vouch to say it has always been a painless, sometimes therapeutic experience for me but today la vida gave me the worst, most painful experience ever and i wouldn’t want anyone to ever have to experience what i had. i wish i wasn’t a people pleaser but i am so i tolerated the pain throughout. when it was done and i looked in the mirror, there was SO MUCH GLUE ON MY EYELIDS! i guess that was what the staff was doing, digging through my eyelids to get the glue off which made it really really painful. then she told me it was normal and that she will try and help me take the rest of it off better if i sat in the chair cos it will be easier than lying down. never coming back.

Excellent service with no hard selling at all! Went for the fave lash lift voucher, my lashes were beautifully done and I had the most pleasant experience! Definitely coming back and bringing all my friends with me!!

Did a lash lift + eyebrow shaping with Selina and the effect was nice. She was gentle and always making sure I was comfortable. Particularly liked the eyebrow shaping and the package was value for money. All the consultants are really friendly too. Great experience.
