Bought Sennheiser headphones as a replacement of my current one from this shop on Lazada. Claimed item is under 2-year Sennheiser International warranty. Item looks slightly different from my current one (same model). Emailed Sennheiser. They confirmed this shop is not authorised dealer and Sennheiser has no record of their purchase. Requested for refund on Lazada and texted the seller. They ignored and I suspect they blocked me I reminded them a second time to process the refund.
Not sure about the authenticity of other products there, so please be careful. False marketing and terrible post-sale service.
