Wish I could give this business zero starts. Extremely poor customer service on top of a disappointing and sub-par product. I contacted Print City to print my business cards after reading about the company in an article online. I was not informed that my non-traditional sized design was not possible for the company to produce. They accepted my payment and then contacted me to ask if they could change the card design to make it a standard size. I told them that the card size was part of the design. They said okay, then printed the cards. I could have done a better job with a desk printer and a pair of scissors. Our company logo was not centred, the cards were cut horrendously, and when I emailed to express my disappointment, their response was to insist they had done nothing wrong. False advertising, extremely poor workmanship, and the worst (lack of) customer service I've ever experienced. Do NOT waste your time on this disgraceful company.
