★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order their Small gathering Raya meal. Food came very late. No call or sms to let us know. Food arrive cold and unappetising. Worst still, 2 missing dish. Good job of ruining my Hari Raya. Now my mom is busy cooking from scratch for Raya meal.. in the evening.. malam Raya.

walked by and see this. the rubbish bin at your premise is the home of hundreds if not thousands of roach. why a catering provider cant maintain the basic cleanliness ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagun sari its okay i guess the wedding was held on the 2nd floor didnt realise there was a lift the space was decent the decor was nice i mean theres aircon the food still same as any ordinary wedding there is toilet within the event hall so abit awkward but we still had a good time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and very comfortable for wedding. Food is very nice. DJ is good. Easy access to toilet. The most important thing is it's very affordable for those with small budget. only thing is the free flow coffee and tea, the place is quite far right at the back make it difficult for people to go up to take drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered Ambeng for 5 pax x 3 sets. Food was delivered in a timely manner however upon unpacking, I found the contents of the food spilled all over the rattan tray on which it was placed in. In one of the tray even the rice was out of its container whilst the other tray had a pool of chicken and Dalcha gravy leaving none left in the container. It was a messy affair having to clean up the spillage of dripping curries on my kitchen floor and dining table, not to mention insufficient amount of lunch for my family. Seriously needs to review and educate staff on the handling and transportation of such food delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invited for a wedding here on the 15th May. 2nd floor hall. Food was ok. Definitely not the best. The rice was on the dry side. And there was hair in the sambal goreng.
The kendarat wasn't really doing their job throughout the event. My cousin paid for their service, but barely got any. Tables weren't cleared, drinks weren't served. I had to take the drinks myself. I guess plain water were self-service. Even the soft drinks weren't properly refilled ??♂️ They didn't really go around the tables to check as they should be doing. Only see them at the start of the event and then towards the end. They were MIA most of the time. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Ramadhan Tingkat Delivery 2022 (daily). The food was delicious and the portions are generous. The food is packed well to prevent spillage. On top of that, the customer service is tops. Even the delivery is never delayed.
As I am frontliner, their service and product has eased my load and worries in preparing food for my family, especially after most days of feeling tired and depleted from work. Thank you Lagun Sari team!

Most importantly, food tasted great and received compliments from all of my guests. I will stress this again, LAGUN SARI IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
