β β β β β Wonderful dish. Thumbs up. Have not tried its original before, but one mouthful, I decided that this is a very good bowl of fish ball noodles. Base sauce integrated well with the noodles. Every mouthful is succulent. It reminds me of an authentic fishball noodle stall whose owners have retired. Tastes alike. The only star off is because I feel the dish overall is a tad salty. Acceptable level though. Will be back.
