Laundry Club, has always been my go-to for laundry needs. This time I had a large rug with a beetroot juice stain which I needed help with.
Laundry club was great in removing the stain, and also following up with a home delivery due to the current covid19 constraints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time using Laundry Club’s dry cleaning and delivery service. From the enquiring to arrangement of pick up to delivery, everything was done so professionally.
The help desk was very helpful, patient and prompt in answering my questions. And was very quick in updating on the status of my laundry to make sure the correct details are being confirmed.
Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Will definitely use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very strong smelly oil smell when I opened the bags that can cause you to become nausea and to have headache. The laundry smell unwashed. The oil smell is so strong until even can smell it from a distance of 100 meter ????. The price are also very damn expensive. Have to rewash all my laundry again by myself. Not worth it. They didn’t even separate the different type of laundry. ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use their curtain washing service. Very bad service. Personal comes with no tools to remove my curtains, and show little professionalism in removing the curtains (how to remove the curtains properly in tight space, put removed curtains on bed instead of directly on the floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a jacket in to be cleaned by Laundry Club and it came back with the damages in the pictures. It looks worse in person than the pictures. The prints on the jacket has fallen into bits and pieces and it's painful to imagine that I could do any damage control and will be able to wear it again. Had a bad experience with the lady serving me when I tried to collect the jacket. I wrote to the company only to get a disappointing response, which basically told me.. too bad, it is what it is. There was no offer of goodwill nor acknowledgement of the issue on hand. Extremely disappointed. Will not suggest going there again if you have a high value items.
I replied to them based on the response I got and I have not heard back from them for almost 2 weeks now.
