This is my first experience with Bag Artisan. Super efficient communication provided by customer service n ops before n during the whole process by now. Prompt n detailed explanation gives my comfort to trust their services. Bag was collected a couple days ago. Will update the rest. so far so great!!

my wallet had really bad mold situation and i had been wondering how to clean etc. I saw my SIL had her bags cleaned and I decided to get mine too. it may seem pricey but my husband paid way more for the Prada so for it to have mold in this weather was a bit heartbreaking. but it is extremely clean now! like what mold! i couldn’t even wipe it off previously with wipes. so thank you guys for giving me a new wallet again! ?

First time using Bag Artisan and I’m extremely pleased with the results, professionalism and service. Smell on my vintage bag was completely gone and the leather on my bag after cleaning was not dry at all as compared to the other spas I had tried prior. In addition , the courier that picked up my bag is very professional and need I say more, a seal had been secured to my bag and assured that the same seal on my bag with my signature on will be broken by me upon return . I will definitely return to use Bag Artisan and will recommend anyone to use their services.

Due to previous bad experience with other bag cleaning company I was very hesitant to sent my bag for cleaning again, however bag artisan cs is very helpful in addressing my concerns and is upfront and honest with what is achievable, this clearly shown me their experience and honesty in dealing with customer esp newbie! They would also update me on the process of cleaning. Would definitely and highly recommend their services! Thanks a millions.

I've sent in 6 bags for cleaning, the bags have an odour as they have been kept for awhile. I googled a few bag cleaning specialists and came across Bag Artisan. They were having a promotion at that time, and I thought they have a decent rating on Google hence I decided to give it a try since my bags weren't in a bad condition besides the odour and some faint indentation. The bags came back cleaned and odour was removed. 4 out of the 6 were dark-coloured bags so I can't tell if the stains were removed. But I thought at least they did their job on removing the odour. However, I had 2 LV bags in the monogram design, and I could clearly see the stains were as they were, when I sent them in. Hence I decided to just try my luck and drop a message kindly telling them the stains were as they were and if there is anything they could do. But I did thought those may be stubborn stains which they did declare they cannot guarantee a 100% removal and the two options they provided me weren't helpful for removing the stains (one was a chemical agent to stop bacteria growth, the other was coating), therefore I am not too persistent on that. But what I cannot accept was, my other LV bag came back with the surface on one of the handles being sticky and seemed like the coating has been scrapped off because the texture is blurry. The bag is relatively new and it wasn't that way when I sent it in. I seek their advice on this issue as well. I contacted them on the very day I received my bags which was 27 Jan. They did not bother to respond until 2 months later when I dropped another text saying I am still waiting for their reply. Then they took another day to get back to me and mentioned it was colour fading which they had highlighted before and how professional their specialists are... I was actually not super pleased with how well the condition of the bags turned out to be, mainly because my bags weren't in a bad condition and I was really just wanting to have the odour removed. But I was upset by the fact that one of my bags came back with a defect and they conveniently defended themselves irresponsibly and was totally withdrawn once I made my payment and after my bags were sent back. So, try them out at your own risk.

Disappointed, sad , unfair !!!12 Nov 2021 ,I told the staff very clearly : my bag like new condition, bought did not use . Kept so the 2 handles a bit sticky and dropped leather a bit only ,I paid $120 for repair. 23 Dec 2021 , I refused to collect my bag without repair. 21 Jan 2022 , bag Artisan message me :will refund $120 to me . But until 22 Feb 2022 they did not refund $120 to me . I feel very sad and unfair . Due to the staff ' mistake . My request was repair.ò
