Very friendly and helpful staff - needed help to restore pleats on my dress and staff offered to help me check for alternatives before I went down. Truly appreciate their heart to help. Will surely visit again!

Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful except one lady. Very bad atttidue when I picked up my laundry at 815pm. She said they are already closed but actually the shop only closes at 9pm. no apologies, bad atttidue. Need some training here.

Very bad experience. Send my $50 sweatpants for alteration to make it shorter, it came back quick but she cut off the tag which is partially why the sweatpants worth so much. I have yet to wear it yet and she made the insides of the sweatpants pilled up with so much lint that is no longer comfortable when wearing it. Expensive and disappointing. Very angry now as i have wasted money on alteration and a piece of good pants is being ruined.

DO NOT VISIT, GO ELSEWHERE. Very bad experience. Would have given 0 stars if possible. It's a sequence of events which results in this post. They mistakenly wash my baby carrier despite me telling not to. I didn't mind, I said it's ok and paid up. Next, my beloved Emporio Armani (which uses very good material) wedding suit is damaged (I used it very sparingly). The front upper thigh part of the trousers is torn when I went to collect. They mention that it is due to "Degration of fabric that can happen anytime", "wear and tear" or "rubbing against surfaces"and not caused by them. Shouldn't all this be more applicable to the backside of my trousers which are fine? Being at the front upper thigh i'm sure i would have noticed it, i also went back to look at all my photos, it wasn't here! So i question why it wasn't pointed out when i sent it in. I've been to other laundry services and they have such practices. They simply reply saying "Not easy to see". Ultimately, there was no customer empathy, no apology but a sturbborn and appalling insistance that it has nothing to do with them.

Both my hub and i send our suits and gown to this laundry. Suppose to my hub suits collect today after 6pm yet we called and double check but the cashier told us she is not sure. How can you be not sure but promise us we can collect today?? Such a ridiculously excuses. So having said that you'll just hire people sitting there without knowing our laundry will be done on that day for collection?? It shown no hidden fee, i send my gown for cleaning yet it is a bomb and the cashier being so not polite and said it should be this pricing. What anunprofessional services you guys have. So rude.
