but not the customer service. The staff is not paying attention and is using her phone while I stood there more than a minute. I believe with good customer service, the sale will increase. Please improve on it thanks

β β β β β Thumbs down for barbecue chicken pizza tried for first time (probably last). Taste poorly versus rival PH, not well cooked, ingredients too little, taste of bread more than pizza. Hope can improve ASAP. Give the bread a chance, yet to try, perhaps can get five stars for bread, hopefully. Please look into it. 10 July 2021 Sat 1322

β β β β β I wanted to buy the 2 cakes today as it was shown 20% discount and confirmed with the cashier too! When I was about to pay for the cakes, the cashier told me no discount on these 2 cakes that I chose. Besides all the cakes in the fridge are not entitled for any discount (there were total 3 cakes in the fridge). The cashier seemed like doesnβt know when the promotion end and gave confused information to the customers. Well, the customer services and knowledge should be reinforced on the staffs!
