G	Gyanendu Bhushan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like there pick up and drop and tracking service but nothing special in there cleaning . Two stars for Pick up / Drop /Tracking Service . Cloths are not cleaned properly and also not ironed well.

Wash and fold service was reasonably priced but I wish we paid extra for fabric softener. I think there is only one employee so the wash and fold service can take all day if you're not the first person in
P	Peter Brand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Laundry Service. Gave rehearsal nice lady our big Laundry sacks and paid 20$ for up to 10kg... Around 4 hours later we could pick up the laundry washed, dried and folded. Everything went perfectly smooth. Highly recommend. You can also do the laundry by yourself at this place. The lady was very helpful! We will come back, when we're coming back to Singapore!

I also received confirmation call once they collect the clothes and which locker no. they put the clothes in once the cleaning services is completed. Payment is done during collection. It's important to keep the order receipt which has the order number on it. Once confirm what kind of services selected at the machine, drop off box will open and the machine will provide a receipt to put together with your clothes bag.

W	Winnie Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Pick up and drop off service was late both times so had to follow up. Delivery personnel was very rude. When I reached out to their hotline, they were not very helpful. Dry cleaning was also not great, they could not get small stains out.

Used the 24/7 drop off service 5 times (there were problems 3 out of the 5 times). I’m a patient / understanding person so gave the benefit of the doubt - but 3/5 is terrible and I won’t be coming back. Problems included machine not working (having to come back the next day), “accidental” overcharging, “fast turnaround” requiring over a week to return clothes… No refund was offered even after all the wasted time and just a meek apology. Do not be tempted by the cheap prices, you will waste so much time trying to co ordinate with this place.
