Have been using them for a while. Have had some problems but they are always dealt with in a timely manner. Quick and convenient outlet at United Square too. Can stop my car right outside the shop to send and collect my clothes. Also use the Club Street outlet sometimes.

First time I've had to clean fur in Singapore. Was beyond worried. Took longer than expected but they were communicative throughout. Fur jacket turned out ok. Reasonable pricing. In case you're wondering where to send your fur jacket for cleaning in Singapore...

Terrible dry cleaning service coupled with terrible customer service. Sent my wife's wedding gown for dry cleaning and came back with a black stain under the lace. Bear in mind the stain was not there when I sent the gown in for dry cleaning the 1st time. Returned it back to the shop to get it cleaned a 2nd time. The stain was removed but replace with a gaping hole in the lace. Had numerous emails with the customer service team where they tried to push responsibility away from themselves. Yes, the stain was successfully removed but they made a hole in the gown in the process; and yet this perfectly logical by their customer service standards. They offered a waiver on the dry cleaning fee paid, sent the gown for repairs at my tailor, which is the bare minimum I would expect. They offered store credit which I did not accept. What makes them think I would want to patronize their shop with store credits after they damaged my garments? Again, the logic behind their customer service is absurd and is exceptionally tone deaf. I expect financial compensation for the damages on the gown and the time I have wasted with their incompetency. Not store credits which I can use to get my garments damaged again. In short: 1) terrible execution of the job (dry cleaning) 2) not forthcoming when garments are damaged 3) template / copy & paste replies on emails 4) shrinking away from responsibility and faults 5) warped service recovery logic Edit: example of their template responses below.

So badly dry cleaned...looks washed n not ironed

Poor initial impression… I noticed there is a store at United Square which is very close to my place so I messaged them via Facebook messaged and called to make an Enquiry on dry cleaning two suits. I asked if there is any difference in fee between dropping off my stuff in store vs pick up. She said no. So I ordered pick up for tomorrow. Just two minutes later I received a message saying there will be an additional $9 pick up fee for orders below $50. So I called them back and told her I am going to send my suits to the store myself since I am going there anyway. I also asked if there is any person there now. She said yes. However,when I walked over with my suits at around 10:30, the store is closed and it says the opening hour is from 11am. I am beyond mad and called her again. She said so sorry and asked me to wait for 15-20 mins. After sometime, she called again and asked me to leave the suits on the floor next to the store and that person is coming soon. I told her I will just wait. So here I am waiting and typing this review. Btw, they also spelt my name wrong, minor mistake compared to the whole saga.

The service is sucks and the person who reply WhatsApp no manner at all. Promised but can’t make it and no sorry at all ! Rubbish !

The staff are nice and friendly, this is my go-to place for ecofriendly dry cleaning at reasonable rates and replies are super fast on Whatsapp. I recently had a stuffed toy and backpack drycleaned, they smell wonderful now. Thanks FTLOL, I will always return!

Omg! Doesn’t even worth 1 star! 1st time using this laundry. I collected my dry cleaned winter jacket this morning and just found out my detachable hood went missing! Dry cleaned Hermes silk and chasemere shawl and and there’s black stain all over my shawl and and the shawl shrink at least 50 percent!!! Whole shawl is damaged!!! it looks like a dirty floor mat now!????????????????????? I’m flying overseas tmr and I just found out now when I took them out! I think they just throw my shawl into washing machine and tumble dry it! Omg! I ordered express service cos I’m flying overseas tmr and now I hv no shawl to wear and my hood is missing! I’m going to take action when I come back from oversea! This is truly unacceptable! I still hv 2 Hermes shawl with them and if the 2 shawls were damaged as well I’m really gonna. Take appropriate action.
