I using lazada coins to redeem the reward of Tommee Tippee 50Z Ultra Feeding Bottle 3Pk worth around $60. They never ship out the item and cancel it. I went to the customer service to chat with them about my reward they ask me to reorder the item again but i using lazada coins to redeem the reward. How to reorder the item again, unless they are give me same the amount of the vouchers to reorder. But they never give me any voucher and asking me to check with seller about the item but this is between lazada and the Seller. Lazada is the host giving out this reward, lazada should take full responsibility about it. Don't know why they like to push to seller and asking me to check with seller?. I went to check seller they say is error on Lazada. I went to lazada customer service again but they say is seller fault unable to ship out the item and will return the lazada coins to me and do not worry you never lost anything. How can this happen giving out reward and taking back?. It's UNFAIR for the consumer who get the reward. Something like you win TOTO 1 million dollars and you went to redeem the prizes at the counter. Counter say system error or something happen and just refund you $1, by saying you will not lost anything. Its very funny or people will be happy and what kind of problem solution solving is this?. This is how lazada treated all customer...? Try to call the hotline to solve the problem with them but they cannot even solve the problem and i ask them to transfer the call to they management or supervisor, however they refuse to do so.

Interesting place. You can find foods and cafe over there for gathering and chill with friends. Nice place.

Located at Exit D of the Bras Basah Mrt Station is Lazada One. There is a nice and cosy food court inside which is open to public which I think not many people are aware of. I like the roast duck rice here. The price is very reasonable and the food is nice.
