I would give a zero star if there's such option. I bought from Zalora few weeks ago and they sent me the wrong item. Promised to come and collect on a specific date but did not show up. Customer service is horrendous and all they told me was they were "checking". I have bought from many eCommerce websites before and this is by far, the worst. This will be the first and last time I deal with Zalora - a cheap website driven by discounts with the worst service!

Zero-stars, zalora have earned it. Suggestion to potential customers: *avoid* Not worth the hassle, wasted time and money. 1) Delivery: claimed they attempted delivery but failed. Impossible as I was staying at a reputable hotel with a 24hr reception. Nor did Zalora call (I showed Zalora my phone logs.) Once I showed this to Zalora, they stopped arguing that I'd caused the missed delivery and said "we will feedback" - whatever that means. 2) Customer service: Their focus is on closing down the conversation rather than listening to you to understand the issue and offering a solution. I presume customer service are over-worked, handling a lot of complaints. Suggestion to Zalora: look at amazon or any other platform. Get it right from the start and you won't have to field an army of customer service agents to quell the angry one-off customers.

The delivery, returns, customer service is good. The problem lies with the products. Often when I order from Zalora there are issues with the quality of the product. E.g I ordered a pair of Nike shoes in white. They came in cream colour. I then ordered in pink, but the base of one of the shoe was discoloured and some parts were abit yellowed when it should be white. So it’s not brand new. I think because some people may have walked around in the shoe for abit too long before returning etc. But it’s sad to receive that product that is not in new condition. Sometimes the clothes ordered, the quality is not as good as the pictures and the sizing is off. But generally the clothes from NIKE/puma/Lorna janes are good. Maybe with the shoes, either they were not stored properly or Zalora needs to be stricter with the returns policy. Technically if the person wore the shoe out they shouldn’t be allowed to return if it’s dirty/discoloured... I know I was able to return the shoes for free but It seems quite wasteful especially since the box can’t be reused..

I received a missing pair of bracelet and necklace! I ordered 2 sets and the other necklace was not inside the box. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to wait for some time as they will imvestigate and contact the seller.Supposed to be a gift for my daughter but it was ruined!!

Been an active user for years. Love the concept, returning and exchanging process is smooth and easy. Replies to queries are prompt and efficient as well. It's great to be able to buy from various brands and try the clothes in the comfort of my home without having to jostle with the crowd in malls, esp during the pandemic. Frequent sales up to 40% off or more. Quality of items is not compromised despite the great discount. Delivery personnel is also reliable and friendly.

Made a purchase through Zalora on the 28th of August and all the items were delivered promptly 3 days later right to my door. All items big and small were packed neatly and securely into a large Zalora branded carton box which is so presentable. The delivery person was all wide grin, with huge carton in hand greeted me with a "Hello!" as I opened the door, very friendly disposition as he handed me my purchases. It almost felt like Christmas came early. All purchases are of the right sizes that I've ordered and fit so well as it would glass slippers to Cinderella's feet. I used to purchase from Zalora a long time ago but stopped shopping online for nice branded things for some time now. I am glad to have finally revisited Zalora again for my shopping spoils and an option for quality goods and products. If I could rate this experience 10 stars, I would. Thank you Zalora and Team! The whole experience was impeccable and really satisfying!

The quality of products has steadily been declining over the past few years, and together with a very aggressive marketing strategy - way too many emails (actually quite ridiculous how many they send) and push notifications - I have decided to switch to ASOS despite the longer delivery times.

Terrible service and totally unreliable. I DO NOT recommend. There are other reliable platforms. After wasting my time waiting for more than 1 week for my order (Order No. 293666796) to be fulfilled, Zalora cancelled my order today. If I can give zero or negative stars, I would.
