β β β β β I have ordered some fruits for my friend from Japan as he has been sick.
I made the order around afternoon and the fruits was delivered before noon on next day.
Also there was the pic attached to the email to show how the fruits box looks like, and assured me that the receipt will be not shared to my friend. When I order something online for friends in SG from JP I always have some kind of worries such as if the delivery was made successfully, if the receipt was shared and etc. but I did not worry at all this time as this shop provided really great level of Customer care, thank you !

β β β β β Delivered on time and fresh. I sent a surprise box to a friend who was in isolation and it was delivered the next day. The surprised box consist of 5 types of fruits and a coconut water, while the picture on the website shown more quantity, so that was a bit of a disappointment. There was not much of information on the website, it may have been better if the website at least listed approx how many types of fruits in the boxes. She said the fruits were juicy and of good quality. However the blueberries were not packed well, some fell out into the box. Overall a fuss-free and satisfactory experience.

β β β β β My daughter recommended this website during the COVID-19 pandemic. The website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. I do compare prices with other fruit delivery websites and find that usually Lazyfruits price is the best.
Most importantly though, the quality of fruits is high and so far we have received on time delivery and also delivery as requested (e.g. when we asked for very unripe fruits to keep longer, etc).
They offer a cute gift card message that is nice for buying gifts for others.

β β β β β I like it that Lazy Fruits is very accountable.
They emailed me pictures to show how the fruit package looks like, that they have left it outside my friend office, that they have contacted my friend that there's a fruit package for them. All information received within 30 minutes of delivery.
Most importantly, my friend has commented that all fruits are in tip-top condition. It makes both my friend the recipient and myself the sender happy!
I will be sending another fruit package to another friend with this positive experience.
