I rejected the first durian cause it’s too dry and the certain part of the fresh is hard.
He gave me the second one and this is what I get for $30. I am certain combat will reward me more than 8pcs even I paid double without question. Die die will not visit again.

This is my first time trying out durians in balestier and did not regret getting from this stall. The uncle was super friendly, offered water while my friend and I were eating too. Their durians were really good, thick and creamy. You could pick it out yourself and you can choose the best looking ones easily. 1 box was selling at 18$, and 3 for $50 for MSW. This is a really reasonable offering for the quality they have compared to all the other cut throat pricing elsewhere!

amount of durian that were spat straight out of our mouths. Extremely poor durian quality. Do yourself a favour and queue at combat durian (right beside this store)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to give this place a chance after Combat durian was sold out. Got myself some supposedly "Pahang old tree Musang King". I am quite glad I did not buy a lot as I concluded that the durian was NOT Musang King. Musang king seeds are a lot smaller and way flatter than this. The smell was just like any durian. I think they tried to pass off some similar durian as MSW at a premium Buy at your own risk. That's why I always emphasize buying at reputable brands to my friends. Lesson to self at a small cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate one sweet, and one bitter sweet durian. There was no gangsterly roughness. They were generous with one basket of mangosteen and cups of sealed plain water. We will return. Super yummy durians.
