โ โ โ โ โ Horrible Customer Service at the LP branch. They recently implemented a queue number but it was not managed well. The 2 ladies at the counter are rude, raised their voice at customers when asked a simple question, treated their customers like you have to beg for them to serve you. They could have showed some courtesy and respect when talking to their customers.
I went there for a very simple task, but took 40mins to finished, what a waste of time. Not to mention poor management of logistics handling. (They ask you to be home from 9am-6pm, basically you lose your whole day! No choice of time slots given!) Takes 2 weeks for them to deliver an empty box, and another 2 weeks (from booking time) for the box to be picked up. Horrible Service, please fix your logistics and train your staff some basic customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Plss.. follow up your counter staff for any of your on going promotion. I am waiting for more than 15 mins to pay my Large sea cargo box, because of your counter staff not aware for your $20 less for Large Sea Cargo Promo. Very disappointed!

1. I texted and WhatsApp to asked if able to re-arrange the pick up appointment, but they just canceled my booking appointment without any reply and confirmation.
2. After the unprofessional service, I have called the line to enquire if possible to do self-dropping, the lady just ask me to walking and ask, then hanged up my call.

โ โ โ โ โ Nobody is answering the call after machine transfer it. Email has auto-acknowledge response, but no one revert back to customer queries. After several follow-up, still no response. Very poor customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Was hesitant to use LBC Services to deliver my old phone to the Philippines for my wife. I optioned for pickup to a LBC branch near our place in the Philippines. I had it delivered 10Jan2021 and arrived to the LBC branch today, 15Jan2021. No dent or hint of damage on the package.
I have to pay $89 total for the delivery fee. Tax is included which is $50 (depends on the model of the phone). Actual weight of prcel is .50kg and it was delivered to Paranaque LBC Branch.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first in LBC cargo and had an experience which is extremely bad. The collector ask me to pay extra $10 because the reason is he said my box is very heavy!
How come that my box is very heavy as I didn't expand it or so called "Buntis Box".
I said to him why I pay extra as it is fixed "PRICE" by LBC cargo, and I told him that I will call to the office and then he refuse to take the extra money as I hand over to him and then they will simply go.
OMG!!!! I'm already 16 years here in Singapore and this is my first time that I was experience like this.

โ โ โ โ โ Due to covid situation, they only allow 10x customers at a time to come in, expect longer queue on weekend.
It took me more than 1hr (including queue) to finish my transaction (Sat at around 5pm)
While waiting, you can scan the barcode and declare your items online, it is more convenient (applies to air cargo)
The staff are helpful and attentive.
