I shipped some branded bags, food and a cellphone for my mother's birthday to the UK. I sent it on the 14th October and the shipment was delivered on the 22nd in the UK. Zee, Josephine, Anna, Ara and Valerie were very helpful and ensured my shipment was delivered with no issues.

Stellar first class service. Staff members are all amazing ... very attentive and customer-service oriented, pleasant and cheerful, with constant followups to ensure best service. This is definitely my first choice and most preferred mailing service.

Am blessed to choose Priority Mail Express to send my urgent documents to Philippines such SPA and other related documents to sell my property. The courier partner is DHL.. I dropped the documents to lucky Plaza on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning.. My sister actually received a delivery notification of Thursday delivery but it was delivered 1 day ahead of the schedule. Worth the price if you're urgent. Thanks to the staff who facilitated my transaction which earned the 5 star rating.

We were served by Ms. Sissie (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and was provided with great customer service. The parcel was received by our relatives on time, intact and in perfect condition. Thank you for everything! ????❀️

The customer service team are very much approachable and attentive to my inquiries. They provide their utmost assistance which is a very good asset to a company because it attracts cutomers to keep coming back for the good service. Writing to complain on your orchard outlet which I deemed the person as not qualified to serve any customers. The person who served me was wearing a dark blue blouse on 9/5/2022 around 12.25pm. I wanted to send a parcel containing a blood pressure monitor to Brunei. I asked her which delivery courier can I use, she told me that they only have DHL currently. I saw the outlet has FedEx and skynet too. When I enquired her about FedEx or skynet, she told me you can go ask them if they can deliver this or not. I am quite upset because if I were to ask myself then why is she given this job in the first place? Ok I just went on to deliver the parcel using DHL and she proceeded with the address sticker. Then I handed her with $100 and then she didn't give me any change ($10) back. I didn't realize until I stepped outside then noticed no $10 note inside my wallet, she didn't even give me any change so I went inside and asked her for the change. Not only didn't apologize, she insisted with high tone that she already gave me $10, and my friend was with me and she told the girl but we didn't get the $10. Again with no apologies, she said to me " ok, we will give you the $10 but if there's any shortage later we will call you". I am fine with that so I just get the money and leave. After that, I chat with another staff using WhatsApp and that person was good because she or he asked the outlet to now check if there's any cash discrepancies. Half an hour later the outlet called me and say sorry there's no shortage. I would like to highlight 2 things 1) shouldn't staff be trained to offer all the available courier services and know whether which courier can be used in which country instead of asking customer to check out themselves 2) should not they be kind and apologise first to customer. This is the most basic thing and yet to my disappointment she accused me like I stealed something. I am very disappointed with this service and I deemed it as very terrible service. Why would she even say to me that she had returned to me without even checking? Then secondly she even said to me that she will call me if there's any shortage instead of saying sorry first? I really doubted if she is really qualified for this job. I hope she will be trained properly and company will look into this matter very closely otherwise people will definitely not go to this outlet anymore after the first visit.
