LCentral English (Jurong East) - Premier English Specialist - Above NTUC Supermarket

Both my children have been with LCentral since 5 years old. I have never had to worry about their English throughout their primary school years, all thanks to the staff and structured curriculum in LCentral. Highly recommended!

Our 6 years experience with Lcentral Jurong East was great! We found their program is good and teacher is very dedicated and professional. They also have a very helpful, friendly and kind-hearted branch manager and front desk staffs who always give us a great support whenever we need their help. The branch manager and teachers pay a lot of attention on each students, keep track of their progress and constantly engaging parents to provide update/feedback from time to time.

LCentral (Jurong East) provides a conducive and joyful environment for learning. The teachers are engaging and warm, and they are genuine and competent in developing the children’s interest in learning. The administrative staff is patient and friendly when they interact with parents. LCentral (Jurong East) is definitely a choice centre to build strong foundation of phonics and reading in children.

Both my daughter and son going to Lcentral (Jurong east) more than 4 years. I see their real progress over the period. The curriculum is well aligned with primary school syllabus. They have more number of classes during both weekdays and weekends to pick the time suits for you, also flexible arranging make-up lesson with other classes or one to one. The teachers in Jurongeast branch are really professional and very accommodative with kids, although I send my kids to the teachers who worked here at least few years and obviously with my kids favourite teachers too! The manger and the staffs are really really grt they are very good to sort out all your needs and very attentive. The environment and the class rooms are safe, clean and good learning space. If they keep drinking water for students would be grt! Over all my experience with Jurong east just right!

L central is the 1st school i signed up for my child..I am thankful to the Center Manager who patiently advice me on how the curriculum works. My son went for assessment first half of his Primary 1 as i noticed he has difficulties reading and recognising words and had a hard time catching up in his primary sch. Centre manger was tactful on managing my expectation as he has to start from a lower level as compared to other Primary 1 students. I am thankful i've listened to her professional advice, now after 1 year i can see that my son improved tremendously. I sincerely thanks Center manager, the staff for the advise and hospitality each time I send my son to school.. and lastly to Teacher Scotts for being patient with my son. kudos!

We likes L central. My two kids enjoyed the class. Their English improved after few months lessons. The Teachers here are experience. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Whenever I need help they always provide option and suggestion.

My kids have been learning Phonics and English in this outlet for about 2 yrs, I like that the teachers often take the initiative to give feedback to me re my kids' progress, especially teacher Scott, who shows genuine concern for his students' progress by giving very specific and detailed feedback so that I am aware of their progress and can help my children while at home. The manager and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful and often try their best to help me in arranging makeup classes or plan for me a better class schedule as I have a few children attending their classes. That really solved a lot of logistics issues for me and I'm extremely grateful for that. Will highly recommend them for anyone looking for Phonics/English classes for their children.

By sheer coincidence, I ended up enrolling my kids in LCentral. I moved back to Singapore quite some time ago, and I was working flat out to find a place where my kids can still learn and practise proper English language skills. The moment I started a conversation with the branch manager and one of the teachers there, I know in my heart of hearts that this is the ticket. It took a big leap of faith to decide to quit my job overseas and move back to Singapore. I was toying with the notion of moving back for a year, and it was a priority to find a place where my kids can learn proper English. LCentral gives me peace of mind as it has a good pool of English trainers, and indeed, my kids enjoyed learning there. Fine and dandy, these young fellows start testing my knowledge of phonetics. In the same breath, the manager was approachable and efficient. She answered my questions patiently and arranged assessments for my boys rather quick. She often rambles around while I wait for my boys, it is trivial though. All in all, the teacher is professional and is doing a really good job. I would suggest you to find some opportunities talking to their teachers and see how well they prepare themselves in teaching young boys. It’s just my two pennies worth. :-)
