Receptionists are lazy. Closed counter early and told that they are too many patients. Counted from outside and there were less than 15 patients. I know there is no point writing because the management won’t do anything. Those who need to go for check-up, go to other centres. Visited on 21 February. Train your staff better please.

Convenient clinic for mandatory medical tests. Professional employees from registration to laboratory departments. wait for doctor’s consultation was longer than time taken to do all the tests despite very few patients waiting. If only doctor was as efficient as the other employees.

Worst clinic ever. Let people wait and wait for nothing. I'd u miss your queue number tell u nonsense n rubbish say doctor will not be complete your check up service. Wat nonsense and ridiculous place to be . Rubbish people = rubbish clinic. Will never give a sjne cent to u. Your time is precious but your patients time is not precious at all. Queue from 1045 to 1156 and still not even registered . What kind of nonsense clinic you are operating. I don't even want to give 1 star. Would have given a ZERO star . Don't even bother to visit. Pay others who treat patients with proper dignity and respect

Went here for a test by GP referral. No need to make an appointment because there is referral from GP. I'm lucky because when I came (~11AM), the clinic was quite empty and I didn't need to wait for very long. Receptionist is friendly, nurse is friendly, everything is smooth and fast. When the clinic is full, you might need to wait for hours. But that happens in all public clinics.

Visited SATA Jurong on a Friday morning for a pre-employment check up. Arrived at 9am and left at 10.30am. I will be able to collect the medical report after 2 working days, from 3 - 5pm. The clinic was crowded but the processes was smooth. The staff explained the procedures clearly, but the information was perhaps still too overwhelming for a few foreign workers and seniors. Observed that the staff patiently guided these people. Here’s a general process at the clinic: - declare health status by scanning a QR code outside the clinic - collect a queue number at the counter - wait for registration - undergo your assigned medical checks in the different rooms. Watch the TV monitor for your queue number and the room assigned - upon completion, pay at the counter or leave, if your company is paying for this check up. The staff will let you know the exact procedure The staff told me that the clinic is usually empty after 3.30pm. So for those who do not want to wait, perhaps you want to go after 3pm. Do note the clinic’s closing time though.

I went there for medical examination (LTVP application). Their service is good. It was finished in one hour (13.30 - 14.30 pm). There is a queque, you need wait for a while, but it's still reasonable. They open on weekend also. But, take a note, that there's weekend charge ($7.38 include GST). Your medical examination report can collect by yourself or your representative. Don't forget to bring your passport/IC and show them for verification data.

Clean, Professional, Friendly, Accessible. This clinic is ideally located ramp up parking and retails/malls nearby. Came for C19 booster shot, which was smooth and a pleasant experience — partly due to an non-peak hour timeslot (11am). Nurses are attentive and likeable. Recommended outlet to receive your care.

Came here at 9am on a Wednesday to get my vaccination booster while my friend came to do her work mandated medical check up, serology test & xray. I wish i found this place sooner because its an all-in-one spot for medical needs! The clinic is clean, well lit & the staff were really fast and helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied!
