★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had great experience with male technicians, they were both detail oriented, gentle and careful with my manicure. However, I have to say the some of the female technicians have been really disappointing, one burned my feet TWICE with really hot towel/stones, and the polish she applied to my toes was worse than what a 12 year old can do. If you go, definitely request a male technician. Would not go back again.
