Awful experience shopping there. Service staff was unhelpful - followed us everywhere we walked but could not be bothered to answer queries properly when we asked for help. Absolutely terrible!

Just like to compliment Bee Mai, who served us when we were shopping for our bathroom stuff. Really helpful and enthusiastic in helping us choose our item. Even her after sales service. Called her on her off-day, as our contractor misplaced certain items, she made an effort to check up for us and even offered to replace. Really commendable. Thank you Bee Mai. Good thing my contractor found the items.

i would give this place a 0 if i could. I bought a few bathroom cabinets and vanities from them. One bathroom vanity cupboard came with the mirror itself being chipped. We were not aware of the chip as the delivery man did not ask to check the bathroom vanity cupboard and he also did not have the courtesy of checking the bathroom vanity cupboard himself, which most other delivery personnels do with high value items. My installer was the one who immediately pointed out that the bathroom vanity cupboard had a defect and told me to call the company, since i had watched him install the vanity cupboard , I was aware that the damage was not caused by the installer but is due to a item defect. After calling their customer service team multiple times, they said that they could not do anything for THEIR defected item and even blamed it on the installer when it was clearly an item defect. After much negotiation, they called someone to check on the product of which the staff said that it was an item defect.The staff that came to check the vanity mirror brought the vanity back as nothing could be done to repair the item as it was an item defect. He CONFIRMED that the vanity cupboard had a defect as well and that the company would change the vanity cupboard for us, and brought the defected cupboard back. The staff that came down also mentioned that usually for this kind of issues, the cupboard would be replaced without an issue. This was 25 March 2022 Today, 29 March 2022, The salesperson from the shop contacted me and implied that the item defect is not their issue and that if we wanted a new vanity cupboard, i would have to buy a new one.

Really good selection of bath and kitchenware. The salesperson Vince was very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definately visit them again for purchase once we've finalized our designs!
