This salon doesn't meet expectations and is out to cheat your money. Poor service, unprofessional stylists. Worst experience. "Korean wave perm" resulted in damaged, frizzy, fried hair. ?? Boss Alex is just self conceited, over confident. Sadly results are as hollow as his skills.

Totally damaged my hair. Topped up to a better product which did nothing but spoilt it. Alex showed me some pictures and when he presented the final β€œhair” to me, it was NOTHING like what it looks like in the pics. In fact, I was horrified that he actually showed me the end result. It was obviously frizzy and when I asked him if we should trim the ends, he said this is not frizzy, you don’t need to cut for 6 months. I have been applying coconut oil non stop for the past few days and I’m going for another haircut to cut off all the damaged ends. I can’t even bring myself to go back to him for a haircut. My bad for a poor choice. I don’t think I will ever perm my hair again ???

My girlfriend was mistreated here, despite the French name, they have no manners or civility - or even basic customer service. You do *not* criticise someone's choices around length of hair, remark to each other about your customer in Chinese such that the customer can't understand what you're saying, and you don't try to rip off someone by promising a $10 top-up on the phone and then demanding $90 when they show up. One would think these basic lessons are learnt by a business before they decide to open up shop in an area with expensive real estate - but apparently, one would be wrong.

Wonderful experience, Alex is really good at styling Japanese cuts for me and Korean styles for my teenage daughter. Now I even bring my family there for haircuts/styling.Every time I cut my hair, it's a whole new refreshing feel!!! Great calming ambience too! Totally like!

I went to the place in the morning at 1, looks like they call everyone at that time, bought a fave voucher, he said ill have to top up like 10/10+ $ due to my hair length but when I reached told me to top up like triple the amount. He told me that after looking at my hair length like three times. I reached on time and there were only the guy called Alex and her assistant/wife don't know. He seemed the only person doing everything. Only after I redeemed he told me that I need to top up. I had to wait there to see if the fave people will return the money or not. He spoke about me behind the back in a different language to other people (I do understand the language a little bit), another customer came out from the room inside saying something in a surprised tone which made me feel really terrible. it seemed they made fun of me and the guy who was supposed to perform the service really supported him. All of it in first 15 minutes of just being there. I felt terrible about the service, the people and the parlour in whole. Would not recommend anyone to go there for any kind of services.
