She is very patient and listened to all my requests and fears, and very professionally advised what was realistic and what wasn't. She also managed expectations well with lots of photo examples. The process itself was perfect, no pain at all, and the healing was very straightforward with hardly any of the dreaded peeling or shedding. My only regret is not having done this earlier!

Senior Jenny took the effort to explain the reason using dark brown and why is there a need to make it a bit thicker. She was fast and meticulous. I'm happy with the end result. Now I can show off my eyebrow without cutting bands to cover up.
