★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a monitor during their warehouse clearance sale. Monitor wasn't able to tilt and wasn't given power adaptor, went back but staff didn't even bother to check what model and just said the monitor can't tilt even though the box and the model I had before can tilt.
I asked them if its manufacturing fault. The person just said yes.
Never even bother to check if I can do exchange or get it fix or even ask me if I want an upgrade. Didn't even apologise for not giving power adaptor.

Customer service was awesome too as well. i called multiple times and they are being really patience with me and once my pc is done, they even let me choose my own preferred date and time and not base on their timing. overall experience with Armaggeddon PC. AWESOME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Armaggeddon products for years and hardly had any issues, and in those cases that had small issues, they were resolved very quickly with their service center. Got one of their newest Sonicgear speakers the Studiobox 2 and not regretting it either! Been using for 3 months now with no issues and the sound quality is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonicgear speakers so Cheap and good! Warranty for 1 year but lasted me for 3! Came back to the showroom to get a new sound bar, and it’s just too good value. Less than $150 for something that has a wireless subwoofer. Very proud of this local brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an armeggeddon keyboard from challenger, had ghosting and randomly typing issues after 2weeks.
Brought it down for an repairs/RMA. They just "tested" it and told me they do not do exchanges and will need to repair it which require 2 working days.
Service staff was nice but his superior/colleague in the back looked unhappy about the complaint.
After some "debate", they changed the keyboard which after 2 months presented with the same issue.
In the end, i just cut my losses and tossed it in the poor product in trash.
Lesson learnt will not buy any products from this distributor again.
Buyers beware.
