When i first came came into the tuition, my essay was relatively weak. Just through my first term with learning journey as a IP4 student, their very sophisticated essay program helped me attain a B in my argumentative essay and subsequently an A for MYA and EOYs. They provide very extensive and comprehensive essay revision notes, with very engaging lessons and more than knowledgeable teachers which have greatly helped me in my journey with just one year with the tuition. This has improved my essay writing abilities by leaps and bounds. Thank you!

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Tr Grace. Tr Grace has been very engaging, highly committed and passionate. According to my girl, her notes are always well prepared, detailed and calibrated to suit her school’s syllabus. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Tr Grace was also able to quickly put together a comprehensive lesson package which ensured the online lessons were as effective as their in-class lessons. Under her guidance, my girl managed to improve from a B4 to A1 for her IP4 exam. Kudos to Tr Grace!

The teachers at Learning Journey are very experienced and patient. The way they teach is engaging and it makes learning easier. The assessment books used are also very helpful!

I am Charlie who just finished PSLE 2021 and got an AL 4M. I improved tremendously in Learning Journey, even though I was only with them for about 6 to 7 months. My grades improved from AL 3 (Prelims) to AL 1 (PSLE). LJEC taught me various tips and techniques to answer questions and had a well-grouped classes with small class sizes so that the teacher has more time to spend with each individual student and give them advice to help them improve. Their unique teaching methods and tips and helped me a lot in my PSLE. I improved mostly in my Paper 2. My vocabulary, comprehension cloze and comprehension open-ended was my weakest parts in my paper when I first joined LJEC. However, throughout the course of the 6 months, my teacher, Ms Chloe, coached me to do countless of practice and exercises to master my weak components. Ms Chloe was also fun and engaging during lessons and never failed to give me advice and ways I can improve in some areas. She also helped me improve my oral from 21 out of 30 (SA1) to 30 out of 30 (Prelims). Learning Journey is different from the other English tuitions that I went to before as the other tuition centres just gives us worksheets to do and they just go through the answers. LJEC has their own carefully-structured practice and technique books so that we can refer to it easily and without any inconvenience. Another thing is that the teachers sometimes gives us mock papers and oral practice to help me get used to the question types and enhance my confidence and pronunciation respectively. Learning Journey has helped tremendously in no time and I managed to improve by over 10 marks. Thank you LJEC for your wonderful teaching methods and guidance throughout the 6 months I had with you.

Learning Journey has helped me tremendously with my English subjects in secondary school. Throughout my time with Learning Journey, I have seen an improvement to my overall grades. Despite being hit by the pandemic, the lessons offered were still of the highest quality and I was able to benefit greatly from it still. The classes were easy to understand and follow, and the teachers were accommodating to the students.

My son Jerome seated for his GCE O Level English exam in last year, as a private candidate, he only joined the online English tuition in your Leaning centre for about half a year and got good grades. I really thank the teacher for her effective teaching.

They also make sure the students were paying attention and not get distracted in online lessons. The materials that customised by the Learning Journey are very fantastic!
