Collect my Honda Shuttle last Thursday. Car was very well polish. The Sales Serena was very helpful. Calculated the final pricing base on LTA receipt, the mark up was reasonable around 10% of the car selling price. The shuttle comes with half tank of fuel and the FOC accessory was very useful for a start as it comes with Q3 charger in USB C and A and all the necessary apple and android cable. My head unit was upgrade to a 10inc full android unit with 4G access. Tested and all working. It can watch movie with Netflix and YouTube with full Bluetooth handphone access. The streeing wheel control is also programmable and working. Some defect discover on the day of collection was also duly noted and committed to be fit during the first servicing. Overall the start to collect buying experience is good.

My new car was my 4th purchase from Mr Chow of Leco Auto since 2006. The number says it all. He provides options, and is not pushy, thus allowing the clients to make their own decisions. In addition, he offered extras without being asked. Excellent service.

Excellent service by Mr Aaron! We took delivery of our Honda Vezel 2021 recently. His service is like a “personal butler.” He is always patient and responsive even on his rest days. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am in fact shocked by the level of service he has provided because I have never expected it (I have visited many car dealers beforehand but none is like him). I remembered our first meeting which I only gave him 20mins notice and he rushed down despite it was his rest day and he spent close to an hour with me. He knows that we need the car urgently and he went the extra miles to make arrangements. When I raised some other questions on other cars, he gave his most honest answer. He is a gem to the company!
