β β β β β Totally ridiculous and incompetent staff. Asked about jacuzzi and this staff Jason said they have catalogue and can come down to look for his female colleague to find out more. When I can down all the way to the Woodlands showroom the staff told me they don't carry Jacuzzis at all and don't know anything about it. Totally ridiculous!

β β β β β Thankful for their friendly and helpful staff. Recently installed sanitaries with them, managed to bargain a good price. The product quality is very good and there are variety of designs. Definitely good! ??

β β β β β Bought 3 toilet bowls, all have problems!
1. Toilet bowl - a 10-inch was delivered despite shown the size of the pipe hole which was 6-7 inches.
2. 2nd toilet bowl is the correct size but the lid delivered was 2 size smaller
3. 3rd toilet bowl delivered later on to replace the first toilet bowl has a different lid from what was agreed.
For purchases, the person I spoke to from start to the end was Jo who was really not the brightest person to communicate with.
One example, for the choice of lid, I took photo and write black and white to him to indicate what I want, he still could get it wrong.
Horrible Plumbing Service!
I used their plumber, Alvin, for toilet bowl installation. It was a rush work down by Alvin and he left the toilets, it was all wet and messy. After drying, there are a lot of plaster stains and leftovers on the floor, walls and toilets. It was so messy that I have to scrub with hands. It took me 3 weekends to finish scrub off everything.
It was truly an unbearably horribly experience with this company and its staff!
Be careful if you wish to buy from them.

β β β β β Shop offers a wide variety of lighting and bathroom products. All the product quality is good and reasonably priced too. Their staff were very helpful in recommending items that suits to my home deco theme and budget. Highly recommended

Ordered the IXISS tornado flush toilet bowl. 1. Installer did not arrive and I had to call to check. Came late. 2. Asked to replace connecting pipes and T-joint. Price agreed to be paid to the installer. 3. Installer did not bring the parts and insisted on paying the full price without replacement. Keep saying βdonβt need to changeβ 3. The toilet bowl quality is bad. Every flush spill water outside. This is disgusting and poor design of toilet bowl. Conclusion. Donβt bother

β β β β β Went there to get some bathroom and lights , Janet was extremely helpful and genuine. There got many new colourful designs like black , gun metal , rose gold , satin gold bathroom accessories, new pendant light also nice . Highly recommend.
