First time I call and they said sold out and told me to call to reserve before I going there to buy. So in the morning I call and a guy pick up and took the order, before I go in the afternoon to collect them, I make a call to check if they collect card for payment or only cash payment? Then the guy ask if I am the one who called to order the 20 dumplings this morning, I answered yes. Then he told me that he didn't check when he is taking my order, actually someone before me has ordered and they have no more dumplings for me. Very disappointed, what if I didn't call them to check about mode of payment and just went there straight? So this is not good service and hope that they can improve with it.
