★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both shop owners very rude. See their fishes, the male boss stood one side and stare at you. Asked them something, they gave rude replies and walked off. Might as well close the shop since so unwilling to do business and they are so many other aquarium shops around which their services are good and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place I would recommend. Brought fish, when uncle scoop the fish jump out of the net and fell on the floor. The uncle use hand and put back into the bag and want to sell me . I didn't want to get it anymore as it's injure , the uncle stare at me say trouble soon. What service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude lady. When I enter her store and greet her, she just stare angrily at me. Worse when I am looking at the fish, she would stare at me. Worse is they are selling sting rays and big fish in such small tanks. Also tried to take photo without flash she yelled at me. Very horrible service, won't come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there twice, first time the aunty was actually quite friendly and explained the fish food to me, i was actually quite surprised since there were lots of complaints about her being rude(maybe not the same aunty), but the second time i went there was tragic. Reached there about 15mins before they close, told the owner(uncle) i wanted to browse to see if anyt catches my eyes but immediately got chased out in a rude tone by him asking me to come back tmr. I mean their price wasn’t even competitive, just wanted to support them but oh man, not anymore

I took a very long time to choose each time and the shop lady didn’t make too much of a fuss, perhaps because she recognised that I was a repeat customer. I buy her fish because their fish tanks and betta containers seem to have regular water changes. Customer service is mediocre.

I was browsing as i had not decided to buy which fish yet and when the lady asked me what i want to buy, i said didnt find suitable one yet and was then given a very rude stare by the lady and the male boss. I would advise anyone to think twice going into this shop.
