β β β β β slow to adapt to cardless system and they are the same as other LCS. freebies condition is too tight does not offer much flexibility. when i bought more, the limitation of the freebies is two per customer, which is kinda disappointing.

β β β β β Lovely store. Certain staff should be trained better to bring them up to global standards. Was disappointed that my Lego membership card was not accepted.

β β β β β the staff was very helpful. I bought a couple of large sets and the staff helped me to pack them in 2 boxes so that it was easy for me to carry to the taxi stand. Thank you

β β β β β So disappointed with the promo and customer service on this offer. I ordered online, and qualified for free delivery. Instead of exercising my right for free delivery, I went to the shop for pick up. Instead of getting a surprise gift, I got a rejection, for not making arrangements for online delivery.
No apologies, no explanation other than - I didnβt opt for delivery and the offer was intended for delivery only.
Will definitely think twice in coming back and recommending buying lego from bricks world.

β β β β β All the Lego shops in Singapore are pretty small and it has quite ok inventory stock but it doesn't look like they have a lot of variety that I have to go to Toys R Us.
I wished they have ONE or TWO big Lego store with impressive selection.

β β β β β Worst lego store ever. Already went many store and finally found the set . Always not enough stock and still always pulling out hidden rules on buy limit and membership discount. Scheming policy. Sly management. Buy at Brick shop less stress. Brickworld is useless

β β β β β I visited lego store at Plaza Singapore today 9/3/2022 around 6pm and was served by a rude unhelpful lady with short hair. i asked if i was able to get a pair of gloves to pick the lego mini figures. She questioned if i was going to buy, and i replied i am unsure as i would want to further look through the options and decide. She would not give me the gloves and insist i can only look and not touch until i decide to purchase. I was unable to browse properly as the minifigures were in a deep pile inside the box and i was not allowed to touch.
