We had a very informative session with Leila, who shared interesting and useful insights on how to have a more natural birth. The pain management tips were helpful, and she advocated clarifying any doubts before agreeing to induction or other medical interventions. She also shared easy ways to take care of baby.

Love her vibe and how light hearted yet informative the sessions are. Leila was very patient in answering all our questions and she showed us clear examples while explaining - using props/using her whiteboard. The examples shared were very much relatable as well! Great experience for me and my husband! Really enjoyed the sessions!

We attended Leila’s one day crash course which was informative and helpful. She was engaging, candid and eager to share her wealth of knowledge which we benefitted from. Would definitely recommend this for first time parents who want an intensive 101 on how to prepare for birth, understand the available options and also learn about post partum care for both mum and baby. Attended Leila's class in January. Prior to her class I had zero clue of what to expect or do during my pregnancy journey other than that I want it to be a natural birth. I'm quite an introvert so I was a bit worried about the class especially about interacting with people but it turned out really fun. Leila's class was well structured and gave quite an insight on what the whole giving birth process is like, where you'll also learn the more technical (and useful) things about the human body, the different pain medication available, and what to expect. My husband and I felt really empowered after the class, and it allowed us a positive birth experience where the process was just as I'd imagined and I got to give birth the natural way.

I’ll highly recommend signing up for an antenatal class especially for first time mums. It is good to be prepared on what to expect during labour, birthing breastfeeding which I personally feel is a common fear and challenge amongst mummies. Leila’s classes are informative and helpful. I felt better prepared but not overwhelmed. Her booklets served as a good revision tool and we even brought them to the hospital! I would say I felt more prepared closer towards the due date and less scared. My biggest takeaway was that it is important to control your breathing during labour. There are also options to pain management to explore, having a birth plan is not only helpful but important. Also, it’s important to have your partner’s support as you’ll need to lean on it heaps during the entire process! Communication is key! Leila is very dedicated as a doula and also provides great after service. She’s genuinely caring and full of knowledge. She’s truly helped us in our journey as parents! Can’t recommend her enough!

Leila is such an amazing coach. My wife and I are going to be new parents soon. We have watched so many videos and read so many books and websites, talk to our friends on how to prepare ourselves for this new adventure. But one full day with Leila and Co gets us more well-prepared than all those mentioned. The class is conducted in a very relaxed and fun environment, full of laughters and very easy to understand. If all my lecturers is like this I could have been a top student. It’s all very practical and useful stuffs, the one I enjoyed most will be the first part where we learn how to react from contractions to the birth.I have been anxious after listening to a few friends regarding their experience accompanying their wives to hospital but did not know what to do. So I thought I was going to be useless in the hospital. Now I am confident I can make myself useful and also how to comfort and encourage my wife so we will have a more comfortable birth experience. After the session, my wife also mentioned that she will more confident about breast feeding and how to take care of the baby after giving birth. It does not just stop there, Leila even offered to be available for questions we may have even after the lesson, just drop her a text or call and she promised to reply as soon as she is available. Highly recommended for new parents to be, and also second or third time or many more times parents just to refresh and learn new techniques to better care for your baby. Thank you Leila and co! My first labour didn't go as I expected, and I reached out to Leila to help us prepare for our second labour. We had a far more prepared and positive experience this time around and it was all thanks to Leila and her team! :) The sessions were helpful and informative, and Leila and team were warm, caring, and responsive to all our questions! Highly recommended!

After Leila's session, I realised I had many misconceptions about birth and what it "should" be. It is empowering to know the resources you have to make conscious decisions based on what you want best for yourself. It is especially beneficial for the partner to attend so we're aligned. I love it and I encourage all moms to go with Leila!
