★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and terrible service. I paid $70 for cleaning services and they told me they are doing chemical flush, which they didn’t. Made me pay additional $80 for so called services. Do not trust their services at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend this company. Called them up for aircon servicing as my aircon is not cold. On the day they came they started to sell services. Was asked to do some chemical clean for approx $200 and to my surprise the cleaning is jus remove the coil and wash with water. Not even a proper chemical clean. When I asked they say it’s normal way to do it, which is obviously not.. The lady who came with the technician is jus the sales person and should improve etiquette .. goes around my kitchen commenting on my things .. Beware and will definitely not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircon dripping for about 1 to 2 hr when on it at night. Service team advised it was due to collection of sludge over time that blocked the drainage pipe. Did a very meticulous vacuum suction cleaning of the cooling fins of the indoor unit, plus clean the whole indoor unit(filters, cover, flaps, etc), and did a chemical flush of the fins and drainage pipe to remove the blockages. Good service and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service! I contacted Gain city and another aircon service but they cannot compare to how fast Lemoncool responded. Initially thot there might be some hard sell as I saw some negative reviews but the uncle who services our aircon was very earnest and no hard sell. The service was very good and aircon feels new again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for regular service of my Europace Aircon. Two service person came and they told that roller is dirty and needs cleaning. They told it will be $80 extra. I said ok. But they finished all the job in 15 mins with vacuum and said they are done. Total $50 for service and $80 roller cleaning.
I believe I was overcharged for 15 mins for work. I will never call Lemoncool Aircon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, booked appointment and then never came on time. when they did arrive the next day unannounced, they claim they did chemical cleaning and try to charge another 380 when I booked for a general aircon service. ( usual aricon servicing is 150) ! stay away from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced our air cons over a couple of years and we realised they were doing the job very very quickly. In fact they were never opening the units to do a real cleaning. We pay for them just to wipe the outside and the filter a 5min job than anyone could have done.
Once we called another company they looked inside the units everything was black and disgusting (see photo). We should not have entrusted their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a cleaning maintenance the aircon and it stopped working after that and they come to assess the problem and than without asking me without asking if I agree or not they charge me 120 for the visit.
DONT use the service they are intended to over charge you
Following the reply received: Again, 1 before doing the cleaning the aircon was working, same night stopped. 2 before doing anything that will occur in new charges should have asked my permission not after, as I mentioned to you in the whatsapp unfair treatment if you were really willing to revert my money you would do it so. Lost a customer that if your diagnosis were right would pay you 1k plus as you mentioned but choose to overcharge me with +120, after reading several reviews here i understood that this was common. You should paste these reviews in your website too.
