We gave Maneki a call and one hour later a service man was in our hotel addressing the issue. Mind you, this is a Sunday. We would not hesitate to recommend Maneki Signage to anyone.

I came up with a design for wood fabrication, Maneki counter proposed a better, sturdier and most costs effective design. Not only were they responsive and gave good sound advices, they fabricated the product within a few days. I'm happy with the product and looking forward to my next project with them.

Items were fabricated within the agreed time. The stickers were even generated within 2 days of confirmation.
The installers were polite and they call to inform and update on progresses.
Would recommend them to anyone who needs printing services :)

โ โ โ โ โ Joanna from Maneki was very helpful, from helping to edit my original design to ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised when she gave me a professional designed preview even before I confirmed with them. This was something that the other companies didn't provide.
In terms of pricing, they are quite competitive. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. However, the overall experience was very positive.
Even when there were hiccups along the way, Joanna was quick to rectify them.
As for quality of the signage, I'm very happy with the end product. Really glad that the designers at Maneki helped to tweak my original design and made it better.
