They also sent a reminder message 1 hour before my appointment. I can say that the staff is courteous, efficient and professional. Highly recommended to people who require loan to use this platform.

Was skeptical about all this third party middle person to get the best moneylender but decided to just try despite having bad experience else where. Applied online and was surprised that offers come quite fast with a few moneylenders to choose from. Curious about the moneylenders that they offers, search one by one for their reviews and all the moneylenders has a quite a bunch of excellent reviews. Fadilah was very helpful and even personally message me regarding my choice loan amount and my comfortable repayment terms so that she can project out to the moneylenders. She was very helpful in every ways and even help me upload all my documents beforehand to get higher chance of approval and with the booking of appointment. Told her what I am comfortable with and received one place that have what I want. Was not having high hopes due to past experience but decided to just went down to the ML. Long story short, went there and explained that I applied through Lendela, gave all the necessary documents and everything was approved in less than 15 mins without any hassle at all. Was super thankful for fadilah and the team of ML from Gold Alianze for the help and understanding my situation very well. Left the place with a huge sigh of relief. Good thing about lendela is that no MLs will call or message you before even accepting the offer unlike other place, the MLs will call or message you once they receive your application which is quite annoying.
