Mr Adil was very helpful with my enquires on my laptop issues, even when I was there when the shop was about to close, he took his time to explain what could have gone wrong with my laptop. Went back to look for him on the following day to get a charger. Appreciate his patience, good service at Lenova.

Went to send my Chromebook for repair and they only fixed keyboard even though I do have a software flaw on my PLD. Just note I sent it myself and not my school. If was Software I wouldn't have gotten it back my device yesterday.
Interaction with Staff:
Even though the waiting before my parts were requested, it was efficient and smooth. Went to collect it on the 18/2 And the collection was smooth.

Fast and good follow-up service, able to meet deadline, in time before CNY holidays. Appreciate Funan outlet all staff, professional with excellent attitude in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A flagship store that does not have a demo unit of their flagship models.
Also, a flagship store where, on 2 separate occasions, attended by 2 different staff, when I mentioned that I won't be buying anything on the spot, immediately switched their tone of voice, no longer interested.
It's a hard job. Definitely doesn't feel good when there's no sale to be made, but you're working in the flagship store, and part of the job entails giving full service to people who will not be be buying on the day, or not be buying from there at all.
