Glimpse

My wife Went to this shop few days ago to make a new spectacles, but she feel extremely disappointed with their bad service from Funan Mall branch staff. She personally feel they are not professional and well trained enough to attend her issue as she mentioned to them with her problem that she currently facing and it was quite serious issue because it involve her eyes. Unfortunately she received a unprofessional customer service from this shop. With her knowledge and Understanding of checking and testing eyes should be take more time to gather more details results, but the staff only took 5min complete the checking sessions and yet to told her everything seem to be fine perhaps it look like they are not well trained and knowledgeable enough not able to solve her problem. Well For that moment she can’t do anything and kind enough to accept their service. Finally after 2hours passed ready for collection of the new spectacles and after happily collection of new spectacles my wife wear 2 days , first days seem to be fine but 2nd day problem comes it make her feel so uncomfortable and she been suffering serious eye pain,headache,neck and shoulder pain & bad giddy as well. She Suspect the staff didn’t put enough afford to take accurate for the testing. Therefore my wife decided to sms the staff and mentioned the problem she facing but double disappointed again they not even care to give a concern call or a simple massage back to her. Very poor customer service We are not here to criticise any of the staff but really feel very disappointed with the service , as a consumer we feel shouldn’t been treated this way. We might consider to check with lemon law for this kind of condition. Best regards

The staff w the name Chee sum is very helpful and friendly to attend to my request. The model which I like is out of stock in that outlet but he went the extra mile to help me check in other outlets so that I could get a fresh stock instead of the display one. Staff (Ryan) was very patient, helpful and friendly. He suggested appropriate frames and helped to adjust them according to my preferences, not pushy but provided helpful opinions when I asked. Specs was done swiftly in 20 minutes :) Thank you!
