★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a bubble tea fan.. and bawangcha's tea flavours are really strong! Although i hope there are pearls or toppings to add on.. but the drink itself is also enough to satisfy my cravings! Loving their tie guan ying latte! Perfect balance of tea taste and milk foam! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had craving for milk tea for the longest time and bought a signature da hong pao snow top.. Despite all the hive, the drink is rather bland and tea tasteless - well there is milk taste at least huh?! Being one of the recommended option as stated in the menu, this is such a disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so excited to see bawangchaji in Chinatown point and bought a cup of white peach oolong. Ultimate disappointment as it tastes so bland and tasteless, :( I dunno how to describe how bad it is, definitely the worst milk tea I have bought which I don't even feel like taking a second sip. for such a price tag and its reputation, it is totally not worth it.
Edited comment: they have contacted me to offer me a complimentary drink. I have ordered white peach oolong with 50% sugar level, exactly same as whatBinfid previously. The drink tasted slightly better than the first time round but thumbs up for the customer service of BWCJ. Van see they are treating customers sincerely. They have explained the first time round I was served by not trained staff due to the bz first day opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks option not as extensive as many other big brands. The normal teas i.e. Da Hong Pao and Oolong ice tea are overpriced for what it is.
Limited seats available. But I certainly like their Peach Jasmine Green Tea
